In dealing with clients, I realized there are people with differents characters and behavior and must not be handle the same. The fact that I succeeded in dealing with the must tough clients with very difficult characters in this service made me see myself fit for these position. So I believe for a company to higher an individual to work with, must be a submissive person, the one who can control his or her anger, and can better manage and tolerate hash and tough character people. So, I think a company should employ me because I can better manage people,give a listening ear and try to solve clients problems till their satisfaction which made me stand out of the crowd.

Biggest achievement in customer service, when I joined India's no 1 airline company, from my point of you view achievement will be handling customers when the flight was delayed for more than 4 hours. I handled customers by explaining them the reasons for delay and making sure that all the 180 passengers on board get there refreshments and ensuring that every passenger is looked after and catered to properly, resolving all the queries and making sure that they all reach there destination safely.
