I will accept meanwhile looking for a good opportunity
I will accept just so i can give a notice period and also train new intakes accordingly and as required, but then give myself4months to get a more suitable and secure employment, because such an organization is beginning to exhibit stress signs.
If the market is slow then I would accept it but I think now world is full of opportunities and for right talent there no word such as STOP and be STAGNANT so all need growth I will surely look out for better opportunities if a company is looking for growth along with it every employee will grow.

if i'm an expertise in this fild , sure i'm not expecting anyone to cut my slary ,so i'll just leave & find a new company that will appreciate my efforts.
if i'm just a begginer in the business and i've no experience on it .i'll accept that deal so not to lose my job.
I will see if the law is applicable on all scenior management, and at the same time what is my current market value and decide accordingly
This could be best answered according to the situation ? don't forget right time right decision is the key of success .
