Find another job, and in case you get another job right away without any hesitation, you're out. Because sitting in a work environment doesn't have an appreciation, it's a waste of time and effort for nothing.

Listen to me my friend, this situation is normal in business world ,because there are many people not understand what are you doing? , and ther are many people expected better for you So let us analyze this situation the first we must answer some questions that will help us for answer you as : 1- Is your boss hate you? 2- Are you negligent in your work? 3- What distinguishes your colleagues from you? 4- Are this situation start from first time or late time ? 5- Are your work duties greater than your capabilities and skills? 6- Is your lack of appreciation material only or moral as well?
