the  precautions must be taken into care while doing maintenance work of a power transformer

1-isolate and secure MV transformer  circuit breaker

2-isolate and secure LV circuit breaker ( LV TR.side)

3-use HV gloves

4-use HV indicator after check

go to transformer and check HV & LV voltage by HV indicator -5

6-apply earth on transformer three phase( HV side )

7- put safety flag hazard to aonnection  

Start work safe

First of all after electrically de-energizing, Proper earthing of all parts ...........
