Omar I think Amer means someone who is coming from a different country to get a break in GCC country will step down position and salary and because company is getting a person with same experience with less salary and lesser benefits will hire him/her and GCC local will be denied a position which also is not fair. So I guess companies should judge based on benefits what a candidate can provide to their company not being baised in any manner.Selection should be based competency, talent, experience, value added to organization and education based critera.
