What are the use of fat liquors and how it is prepared ?

The uses are to lubricate the skin fiber so that the strength will improve and get softness.

the way to prepare fatliqor is by emulsification of raw oil/veg oil,animal oil or synthetic oil

Oil+charged emulsifier= fatliquor, it may be cationic or anionic, fatliquoring is done to increase the tensile strength of the leather.

fatliquors are emulsified oils, oils may be natural or synthetic. oils are emulsified ie., mixing it with water
