How to recover negative stir of an employee ?

staying professional may be harder than ever with feelings involved so I would reccomend distancing yourself as much as possible while still remaining helpfully professional. you dont have to smile and laugh with other fellow members but u have to remain respectful and professional regardless of others behaviour. And keep in mind that problomatic employees get busted sooner than later so stay on your best toes even when ur shoe itches.
