I'll submit a time schedules with method statement honestly to let him understand that the task can't be finished on the deadline he gave. Then, request to him to add more assistants so we can deliver on time, or just simply ask for more time enough to finish the work...

If I'm assigned a task with a deadline I can't meet, I would handle it professionally. First, I would assess the task thoroughly to understand its scope and complexity. I'd gather any supporting data to back my estimation. Then, I would communicate with my boss as early as possible, explaining why the deadline is unrealistic and providing specific reasons. I would propose solutions such as extending the deadline, adjusting the task scope, or requesting additional resources. For example, I could say, "I’ve reviewed the assigned task and, due to its complexity and my current workload, I believe meeting the deadline will be challenging. To ensure high-quality results, I propose extending the deadline by a week, adjusting the task scope, or allocating additional resources. I’m committed to finding the best solution and am open to your suggestions."

Speak with your supervisor and kindly inform him that while you will try your hardest, you are unable to guarantee that the deadline will be met or reallocate resources in time.

I evaluate the task to see if I can meet the deadline, taking into account the complexity, available resources, and any potential obstacles. I report my concerns to my boss as soon as possible to increase the options available to address the problem. I provide justification, clearly explaining why I believe the deadline is unrealistic. I provide details and, if possible, evidence to support my assessment. I propose alternatives by providing solutions such as: Extending the deadline. Breaking the task down into smaller, more manageable parts with individual deadlines. Prioritizing the most important parts of the task. Delegating parts of the task to other team members. I ask for clarification to make sure I fully understand the requirements of the task and any flexibility in the schedule. I request any additional information or resources that may help me complete the task more efficiently. I propose a revised plan: If possible, I provide a revised schedule and plan outlining how to complete the task. I include milestones and checkpoints to monitor progress. I remain positive and professional. I approach the situation with a positive attitude and focus on finding a solution. I avoid complaining or expressing defeatism. I follow up: After discussing with my boss, I follow up with a written summary of the new plan or agreed-upon modifications to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

I will tell him the reality that the time is too short to finish the task, i will tell him if he can give me a longer period for the task and he will be not disappointed.
