Power of qualification/experience or power of connection/network in job hunting & recruiting ?

Connections and networking will help you to get an interview, yet your qualifications and experience are the only mean to get the job.

You education and experience is fine but now a days networking and connections are getting more powerful.

Mix of both Maher because if someone doesnt have qualification and experience and has good network will not get him a good job. Like a less educated person just knowing a HR head cant join as Admin Executive , but if he has experience and knowledge that is qualification to that job and is an eligible candiate then it surely helps.

So , if you need everything to land in a perfect job

Logically an equal mix is preferred, however I have always believed that getting and keeping a job on your own merit is more satisfying and can boost our self confidence. 

One must consistently improve and increase one's skills along with equal stress on one's education, experience, connecting and networking skills to ensure that one can progress professionally.

Power of connection/network is the fastest way in job hunting & recruiting But it will never make you can continue in your work if you do not have the experience and qualification.

But power of qualification/experience with a bit of effort in the search for relationships/connection will make you get a chance, hunt the opportunity and will continue for a longer period.

In a world full of business and responsibilities became the Qualifications, Skills and Experience is the most important factor in determining whichever deserve survival and success.

Both are very important and hunting depends on hiring company/organization and what is the way of recruitment. 

Lets be clear Skills and Expertise are ingredients to to make you successful in your career. Connections may give you an advantage to get a job but if you dont have the expertise you wont last long.

In todays scenario it Survival of the fittest one shouldnt be complacent.

In my opinion, power of connection /network will only help you to be shortlisted in the selection process. But, once you are shortlisted, then the qualification, experience, professional competency and knowledge are the main criteria required to judge you for the final selection.

The tact is the primary factor in access to employment, but there are some basics active in both companies, a certification and experience .But in fact is the Internet is now the primary factor in the cooperation for employment ,,,
