Many recent graduates in Somalia are struggling to find jobs due to unfair practices in the job market. Factors like tribalism, conflicts of interest, and illegal hiring processes make it even harder for them. As a result, many young people are choosing to leave the country in search of better opportunities. Unfortunately, some graduates are also getting involved with violent groups as they try to cope with their frustrations and lack of options.
