Why gulf countries are not giving jobs for core & specialization they need multiple handle work if the person is not perfect also?

its not only in gulf country but global scenario where people are expected to do multi tasking and people are specialized in one than one core area.

Now answering the second part people would not be perfect but I feel there are other factors which are considered because nowadays every company look for multi talented people who switch roles whenever needed and who take responsibilities if opportunity is thrown at them , they can grab it and perform well in it.

Gulf countries have both local and expat talent working in these countries so sometimes some company policies prefer local talent and some prefer expat talent so based on the requirement people are chosen sometimes they get perfect people but everyone is learning so i guess close to perfect is right word . Others with experience try to get near to perfection handling such multi tasks.
