If every one wants to hire experienced person then where fresh graduate go?

believe me it is hard on everyone.

but internship with a good company will be a good start

all companies now is hiring the fresh graduates because they require less salary and give more power, in meantime, you have to ask why suddenly everybody is hiring fresh graduates and request extra production while professionals are setting in home? fresh graduates must not take the whole opportunity even if there salaries less the reason starts on2008 with the world crises. we hope to wakeup again, becuase there is a lot of professional people who is jobless now.
