You can't print using wifi connection,although the IP address is correct but the printer is hidden or shows in transparent status? What's the problem?

troubleshooting steps:

be sure that printer is powered on

be sure that printer is connect correctly and plugged with Ethernet cable (print test page from other computer) and

Restart PC

be sure that printer is working correctly with other users - ask any user work on it

uninstall and re install printer driver.

be sure that  user profile working correctly - try to delete user profile and log in with it again
