I think website is serving the purpose giving enough information to customer.
so redesign the website make it more visible , user friendly ( easily to access) data.
Dont make it clutered with too much information. If everything is available on website why will some one be more interested to call you so keep necessary data like teaser.
Work on SEO - Search Engine Optimisation of the website and company which will give it more visibility and mileage
do all this and see results.
Here's what to do about your website not generating leads:
1. Find out what the problem is - could be that you're not promoting the site at all OR you're promoting it in the wrong channel or your content is not on the topics your ideal customers are looking to read.
2. Do a competitive research to find out your top5 competitors that are getting the most sales.
3. Use an SEO research tool to find out what topics they're writing about (their top10 each), where their traffic is coming from.
4. Re-engineer what those competitors are doing right BUT be sure to add your originality - write posts on similar topics, promote posts on the same chennels.
5. Find out where those competitors are weak and use that information to provide better content, lead magnet etc to your target audience.
The above steps never failed to work for me.
THere are two scenerios where this happens :
Can You provide the link of your website ???
Does your website generate regular enquiries, portray a professional image and build trust?
Is your website “clutter-free”, simple to navigate and user friendly?
When people search online in your area for products or services you sell, does your website appear at the top?
Is your website a profit generating tool?To make the internet work for your business, don’t fall for the website myth of thinking that an attractive website is all you need to succeed online. In today’s competitive market-place, your website must work as hard as possible to generate new business. The internet contributed £100 billion to the UK economy (more than the construction, transport or utilities industries) recently – would you like a share of the pie?
Ask yourself “What is my website for?” Does your site instil confidence and credibility and attract enough visitors that turn into leads, sales or profit? If your website doesn’t contribute to making your business revenue, it might be time to re-think your strategy!
Avoid these top5 common website pitfalls!Focus on improving these3 priorities:
Develop Comprehensive Internet Marketing Strategy for Your Business and stick to it for at least next6-8 months. Search Engine Marketing, Creating Quality Content including Articles, Infographics etc., Social Media Marketing, Video Marketing and other Marketing methods keeping in view your Business and Industry.
