yes of course100%, we have to adapt ourselves  to every corporate environment, and this part of  being flexible

Yes, I do believe in that saying and the reason being every company has it own set of procedures and policies which has to be followed by every employee and that is when you blend in but if there is something inappropriate you could definitely give your suggestion to change the way it has been working which could make the company a better place to work. 

Best is to be yourself and it needs to stay, you have to appreciate yourself but other people around you. Although you have to respect the rules and laws of the country in which you live and doing (in this section should be adapt in society). But you need to keep your tradition and culture.

no.. we should do the right and what we believe in. Imitating others just to adapt is not the wisest thing to do in life we are responsible to show the right path to others not to follow them without thinking . I mean by right path not only religion but also ethics and manners.( of course religion includes ethics and manners)

In life my strategy is improvise .. adapt .. overcome , adapt with the struggle in life not with others

when operating in a different culture, you should understand the norms and traditions of the environment over there and offer your product or service in a way that would be accepted in order to move on. Unless It would be a waste. Its not about what's right or wrong, It's bussiness.

sometime it is good to go a mile so as to attain the best services to the clients. Where he/she feel that he/she deserved or paid for the service without a frustrations thus going home with a smile and telling to the friends..
