As a future employee what are your expectations when applying for a job in a foreign country?

I exepect personal challenges as well as professional ones. I also expect to get support from the local community to help me blend in.

Thanks for choosing me for this question, the main expectation is the employeers give me chance to utilize my experience / experties in his organization and then when i perform my task as per my JD's then organization make a retention plan for me and then i enchance my careers with the experience of foreign company.

Working in a foriegn companies throws open lot many things for us. I expect to become a man of international stature because of working with multi cultured, multi national work force. This makes man move out of his self-centered mind block and limited thought process.  We can become more tolerant than what we are today. My kids can grow with this attitude from beginning so that they can be better human beings.

Additional to this, a foriegn job makes us better acceptable by companies in foriegn countries and opportunities for professional development for us will be much higher. This can enhance career advancement easy.

I expect a dynamic  environment wint new challenges, which will ask the max of my skills.
