Due to the advancement of technology, as a human resources manager, how does one manage change in a good way which does not cause sour relations?

I guess technology will never hamper relationship between two people so relationships are bases on warm rapport which is built between two people , technology is made to do you work in easier and faster way so HR people should use tools to make effective work process but should have human relationships handled in human way thats through relationships as everyone banks upon human relations
