Which One will you choose (employee clever but not honest) Or (employee clever less and Honest) ?

Employee cleverless and honest because as long as his/her cleverlessness is concerned we can train him based on his will set but if he/she  is not honest then I think we cannot run the show for a long run. For example if he is in to Sales domain and if he/she is not honest then how could we trust him/her with the leads and business closure.
