To be a part of solution and not a problem and exhibiting strength in adversity distinguishes leaders from non-leaders.Do you agree?

well talking about leaders we shouldn't forget that there are excellent,well informed,problem and conflict solving managers's out there.they are also part of the solution and not the problem.

i believe success even on the personal front requires you to be part of the solution and not the problem .will will insure that your life runs smoothly and without complications.

i do agree though that successfull leader are or should be part of solutions and not problems
