i believe being  a leader takes much more that getting hired for a job.

leadership is a born skill that can be improved and sculptured into the leader's existing qualities.

and being a powerfull leader is also different from just being a successfull leader.power comes from knowledge,followers support,making skillfull and informative decisions at the right time which i guess needs some luck baked into it.

so being a powerfull leader is very scarce,how many powerfull leaders do we have out their.and the existing few have powerfull followers and supporters.
