My key professional achiements are:

• Devised and implemented programs to streamline various business functions including training, compensation structures, benefits packages, incentives, new-employee orientation, in addition to ensuring enforcement of new/revised policies.
• Completed job redesign project by working to increase employee autonomy, job satisfaction, performance, creativity and retention. Also, created profiles and established KPIs, restructured policies and procedures, and designed rewards schemes aligned with market rates.
• Reduced operational costs by20% in2009 and15% in2010; ensured effective negotiation of service rates, insurance and lease contracts.
• Augmented employee retention rate despite intense employee poaching by competitors.
• Contributed towards establishment of company operations in2 new areas including2 new Data Centers; arranged interior designing, furniture, movers and manpower to facilitate timely launch of business activities.
• Developed and enforced Administration and HR SOPs in order to achieve organizational objectives and reduction in system variations.
• Created employees' manual encompassing information pertaining to disciplinary procedures, code of conduct and benefits.

1. My degrees in IT and HR fields that changed my professional life

2. An internation HR project helped me to understand the bigger picture and global requirements

3. Transformation role at Wateen Telecom that helped me to go beyond the average employee to a champion service provider, extraordinary employee engagement, and most importantly a change manager.

4. As far as personal life is concerned, my love for nature, traveling and photography helped me to understand different cultures, people, habits, cousines, languages and people expectations. These habits helped me to be flexible, to be a good listener, and last but not least to be a problem solver.5. Next personal targets include couple of certifications in HR and1-2 languages and travel to abroad for bunjee jumping, sky diving and scuba diving.Without targets and achievements life is boring :)

I was absorbed in KSA in2005 .Later I worked in companies in Qatar and Oman.My long tenure was in General Insurance in India.

But, in Gulf I  could enter construction and contracting and then Oil and gas.In all the three companies, I could install the Internal Audit system and run it successfully also.

In Qatar,I could lead the team for successfully obtaining ISO9001,though a novice for ISO and for Moody's..This reflects the confidence that the Management could repose on my performance and output. 

Successful in the implementation of the insurance ERP in India,equally succeful in the implementation of the contracting ERP ,Microsoft dynamics in the company  in Qatar.
