If i am still here it means either this company has to offer a lot of learning or i have decided not to learn anymore and continue with routine work.
In that case, i would try to be at the highest possible position i can reach because after spending 5 long years in an organization, i would be seriously afraid to switch to another organization and have a secure place in the current one.
