I dont agree because we always look at crowd which are not getting good jobs and salaries , but there are people who are getting good jobs and good package as well. so think positive as opportunity will come knocking your door any day.
Thanks a lot for your point. But it's not only the salary. It's the whole process there become very tough without a real reason
I think not only in GCC but in European and Asian countries this crunch exists and I think due to lack of cooperation among the developed and developing countries which leads to tension and lack of business is creating this unemployment and unfavorable business condition and for this no one is serious to handle this.
in my opinion now a days the salary is depending on the situation of the county itself ,athought i feel the salary isnot important as we care about how is the orginizational structure or the culture of the orgization in the company - i feel the more the employee feel comfortable in his work the more he conduct and achieve in the company so if the manegment see this factor the company will be able conduct more money and give the employee more salary but id fact they donot see that
