By being impartial towards both of them, appreciating good work done by the employee, showing him the correct way of doing things when he is going wrong and by impartailly transmitting concerns, suggestions of employees to the employer.

Above all this maintaining a very healthy, cordial, helping and peacefull working environment in the team.
