How to monitor the Labor productivity for various different activity in Primavera?

Every activities having some standard productivity. Eg., For Shuttering Work, 1Sqm of Shuttering works 0.75 Mandays required. Based on that we will prepare the Budgetted units of labor resource to each and every activity.Then How to analyze the actual productivity that we getting from this resources because man to man outcome of work will difference..

I will touch upon the difference in productivity between man to man.
Here you mean to say difference in output in the same type of Resource.
Well, you can differentiate between two resources by Units/Time value.
If an individual works8 hours per day his effort is8 h/d and is defined like that.
On the other hand if other individual works4 hours in a day his Unit/Time is4 h/d only.
These are defined in the Resources part of the P6 for individuals.
For a group you may only use one standard Unit/Time for the Group.
It assumes that all individuals work on standard rate.

Primavera is very useful in managing resource allocation between activities using the technique of the resource usage profile from which you can monitor and control all your resource allocation and find out which resources are over allocated and to which extent and at which interval of time .The simple resolution to settle this problem is by resource leveling to be done by the program and as result the relation ships between the activities will be changed and the schedule will chage also.

Make user defined columns for budgeted quantity , standard productivity,actual productivity

 display columns for actual duration,actual labour units, Duration

make global change calculation for deriving actual productivity using above mentioned columns. then actual productivity can be obtained for all activities

Iin our company, we engaged workmen in different areas of works through sub contrators.
To analyze the labor productivity, from planning department we will take the quantities executed by the particular sub contractor and manpower engaged by him.
With this detail we are calculating the actual productivity getting fron the workmen under the contractor and will compare with our standard productivity norms that we had considered during budget preparation.
These steps we are doing with excel only.
My question is how we utilize primavera in this forum of productivity analysis.

its very simple and I hope all apply that in every entity, make excel sheet for work time including breaks in every languages according to the place of the entity, then make the section head for each activity set with every individuals and discus everything in details , then your reach the top who is working and who is playing around and you will have the evidence by each employee mean time you can use these result for evolution all employee in all division as long you have the authorizations for that .
