power : is simply where are you when it comes to the market and your position in it
politics: is simply what you do and have to handle everything around in the right manner knowing what to say and what do to when and how
leadership: being a part from the team yet with more experience, which gives you the lead, leading your team due to the experience you have and the spirt you give them motivating them running forward to reach goals
manager: someone that will supervise people and follow the rules
