What is more important: Your Skill or the program you use?

I think both are more important, and they are equal.
When company look for candidate they keep searching for how much you know about program they need, how are your skills on that program or relative, and how you can achieve or what you did achieve in projects built on this program.
Even if you have great skills but no knowledge on that program company may not be intertested on you cause they look for certain rules.
in same time if you have knowledge on this program without enough skills it will be disadvantage to you.
You need to keep an eye always on market, and whats new in your field and keep learning.

for me it's important your skills than the software you work with it's like 70% Skills 30%software because if your skills is Excellent you can work with any software even it's not good enough kk you can work and get V.Good work

I think the skills should be more important, because if you have the skills you can easily learn any software related.

The program you use provides you with the tools you need to work on your project; but your skills and the way you put the program to use is what helps you make the most of it.

the skills, if you have the skill you can do anything, the program may change or die but the skills will never die

The skill is more important, because you have to know how to work the software.

every Program has a special style and secrets so if you want to improve your skills you must start to be know more about the program and practice what you learn and then seek to got secret of the program.
