What is the most relevant job skills and qualifications for applying jobs that suitable in your career levels?what are those and are they important?

as for me, my opinion to this  question are,  communication skills and leadership. These are the most important as for my own opinion.  communication is important and relevant to each person coz if we don't know how to communicate it means also of misunderstanding or miscommunication...

2nd is the leadership, it is a ability to lead or instance of leading and guidance.  it is also a leader of a group to inspired the team or members of the group... (that's my choices and my theory)
