It does'nt matter if so many people have applied for the same position you are applying for. If your credential matches with the employer requirement then you certain will get the chance to get the interview call.
Do you feel okay to be1000 Hanna because if there is999 people applying there are good chances most of the CV will be filtered so i think better apply where you are100 than being1000.
CV is simply a material thing, but enduring from a one thousand and one queue of applicants and maintaining the right disposition amidst the long wait, I guess it is more than just sufficient for the employer to go through and scan the application. For me, personality matters more than just the piece of paper (CV).

But you have to also know that your CV Relevancy rank is related to how relevant your CV is to the job you applied. But what if you have the exact qualification and experiece the job needs but your relevancy score is very bad? That means that you need to work on your CV. Since this 'relevancy' is decided by computer algorithms, you need to make sure that you have added all teh right information in the right place. Hope this helps.
The one thing what i believe can help is make your cv that will update your relevancy according to market jobs and your experience and dont miss anything related to your experience in the CV dont be lazy while applying, configure alerts for your related job and once you recieve alerts apply immediately and try to stay connected with bayt then you will have better chance to stay in a better rank

Why would I want to do that? Seeing the CV of applicant1001 is not going to make much difference. I certainly applied for the wrong job.
As1001 applicants for a single position,no. of filtered CVs are going to br more.
So subject yourself early filteration first.
Summaraise yourself at the top in a few words in bold letters with underline:
Name,qualification, no.of years of experience,relevance of experience with the name of company.,country .
Either you will be filtered early or shortlisted.
Use the credit card and manage to get on the top lol
