Well, the client is the one that gives you the head start; i.e. the purpose, the info, as well as his/her expectation & targeted audience...so basically the very1st step is the client's input & involvement.Into the design process, still the client is the one that chooses among the proposed designs as well as modify what doesnt suit him/her..which in lots of cases alters the main design drastically.
