Since I never worked with kids, I did not deal with their parents. But when angry parents of my students showed up with similar pretense, my anser was simple - I am a lecturer, you are not, I know my skills and my trade, you do not. Let me decide how to help your kids go up, not you decide for me

Parents give many different reasons if they are not satisfied with the teacher so teacher should know the behaviors of the students well treat them psychologically. Parents may ask whether particular reasons are based on their child’s progress or not and always they want to see their child progressive so teacher should have the quality of master mind and control their anger under the situation.
