c. Knack for critical analysis.

d. Quality of Stress Management under pressure.

e. Real quality of patience.

f. Negotiation Skill.

g. Leadership and display excellent team handling skill.

i. Knowledge of HRIS implementation and computer literacy.

k. Last but not the least, good communication skill.
