Remember its not that hard you need to know few things
- New host must support require PHP / MYSQL versions
- You need to trasnfer DB and Files manually
- In-case of Domain Change you need to update Domain in Options Table otherwise its not require
You may face multiple small issues during migration so before moving domain make sure everything work fine , You can use windows Host file to map your Domain on new IP in this way without moving Domain in real you can test your site and when everyting look then you can go for DNS update
