A trainer has to identify training needs of each trainee and discuss with trainee his/her training needs and develop a training calendar accordingly, do you agree?

We need to remember that the training module and training calendar is generally prepared on the analysis of ‘TNA’ of employees. Mainly, the CBO/ Supervisor are responsible to identify the training needs of their subordinates and then, plan the implementation part through the annual/bi-annual training calendar. The training modules are also prepared accordingly by the trainers.
