I use excel 2010 , go do data then filter icon , a drop down list will appear at each column which indicate that filter is enabled.
To use the filter go to each drop down list and check what values you need to filter in each column so that you will have your result .
One additional thing in excel 2010 is seach inside the drop down list filter and its very useful when your values are too much .
