Describe how you developed relationships with others when you were new on your current/ most recent job?

I was just friendly. When someone talks to you, listen and talk back friendly. Do your job well and people will respect you for that. Be professional and courteous as well.

first thing i will look for a common interest with the person i would like to contact, than i will make the first step to let him know about this mutual interest than i will start the conversation with him, even though it did not work the first time i will keep trying till we click.
