I connected to a Windows XP pc using RDP from ubuntu PC , I can't past a copy of files from my Ubuntu PC to it , Past option is deactivated Why ?

In microsoft when you intiating your RDP session you an choose to enable Clipboard or connect your drivers to the RDP session to make copy and paste. 

I don't know about ubuntu, but i think you can find something like that.
