Are parents responsible for their child's attendance at school?

Offcourse. They are equally responsible, it is the first and foremost duty of parents, to let sleep their kids early in the night which enalbe them to wake-up early and attend School. Moreover if the parents are vigilant and following-up with the relevant teacher of their kids, then student's activity would be more towards studies. Only few students doesn't need any control, rather most of them to be controlled.
