If you are working with manager then sure you were the one who gives idea and now you will be the one to execute it.
If you are working with a leader then, he will be open for all kind of ideas , discussion and suggestions.
No, initiating an idea can mean I have the ownership and the honor of intiating it, and means a new opportunity to learn during the lifecycle of this idea. But of course their would be some jobs or tasks that are not within my expert or knowledge, that other colleagues can do it better than me. This gives me the ooportunity to learn a new skill.
Yes I will actually initiates an idea having in mind all the outcomes both the positive and negatives and that's enable me to take responsibility when needed because before I initiates an idea to my organisation,I'm confident and assertive that I'm contributing to the growth and makes me responsible in the outcome of my contribution.
