even me too in similar case, unable to get it, and as commented by khalid , hope the CV needs to be rectified

Review your CV. Read articles on how to make your CV eye Cathcing.

Ask your firends if any in the countries.

Try to find direct contacts in well known companies there.

And 

Never give up...!

Most of the jobs are available if you are based out of Dubai, or are personally referred by someone. Job portals give you that1 in a100 chance only

Thank you :) I have actually assigned Bayt.com CV building team to develop my CV so I guess my CV is perfectly done and I am applying for the right jobs. There are some factors that are blocking my CV from getting to the employers hands i.e. Visa requirements or Salary I guess.. what do you think?
