Indeed! The organizations who regularly offered training session either in-house or off-house have positive impact on employees and their productivity and this keep them up-to-date and also enhance corporate image. During interviews most of the time we heard that candidates attracted toward the companies due to their training & development initiatives and developing human strategies. The point here to be considered is that apart from generalized sessions companies must work out on pin-pointing the core training requirements of their employees so that right investment could be made. So that training just for the sake of the training is not the objectives and it should be like training for developing the employees is the target.
