what is better for my carrier to be in high position at small company or to be in middel position in a big company

Unless you work in a large enterprise you will never be in a position to understand "scale" of operations and appreciate the role of systems and procedures.
But your chances of rising high enough in a large enterprise, to be in position to gets an overview of the business in its totality and to acquire the "management's perspective", are rather slim and it would take a long-long time.
So ideally, if one starts his/her career in a large enterprise, one gets to acquire the know-how of scalability and sustainability.
Moving on to a smaller enterprise while in one's early mid-career while give him/her the opportunity to move quickly into the top management and contribute to its growth by employing one's understanding of 'scale' and professional systems.
The entreprenurial skills acquired in the smaller enterprise will then help you to move to a "top job" in a large enterprise by the time you are in your early senior career! I hope, I have been able to explain the game-plan well enough!!

To be in high position at small company is giving you chance to use all your skills and if you succeeded you will keep this position at any other companies

As per my experience I must say that reputation and size of the company is always concederable so if you do work in a big company even in middle position for a long time, you weil get much more oppertunities not only within the orgnization also in other competitors companies.

Its your decision that either you want to be a head of mouse of tail of lion:)

i think loyalty is better for my carrier.
most importantly your lot take a huge part to groom your carrier.
so it is our duty to work hard, and reward is in the hands of God.

Both have their own pros and I guess cons too. But I guess it depends on your own perspective. If I were to choose one, I would choose high position in a small company as I prefer leadership, ability take my own decisions and the challenge of being in a highly responsible position having a direct impact on the company's growth prospects. Cant't help but quote a famous line from Julius Caesar- "I'd rather be first in a small Iberian village than second in Rome"

Its better to get high position at small company beacause at high position, you have more responsbilities and more pressure of work. So you will learn more and will give your best under such  conditions.
