TOP/ MIDDLE LEVEL MANAGER I LIKE IT
Plan and manage by exceptions and by performance. Be a team player and coach your staff.
I could quote from many management books and phylosophies but in plain simple words I like to be a manager who is
1) Accessible, patient listener, whom everyone wants to confide to. In my25years+ experience I have found that more than fifty percent cribs of the subordinates evaporate simply upon being heard.
2) Not fond of gathering excess resources. I only like to have just as much manpower with me that I can keep buisy. In Urdu there is a saying which translates as " Empty mind is devils home" I would rather send my staff on vacations than keep them lightly committed in work center because that results in complasancy, dissatisfaction and work place politics.
3) Managing his time so that most of the time he is doing important, non-urgent tasks remember its no good doing important urgent tasks. All the important tasks need to be given ample time so should be managed when they are still non-urgent.
Democratic/participative/consultative management.
This managerial style relies on the participation and input of every one of your team members, but allows for the manager to withhold major decision-making and delegating responsibilities. When you employ democratic management, you encourage your employees to think for themselves, act on their own behalf and be accountable for their job duties. This promotes autonomy in the workplace, and is conducive to high employee morale and productivity.
If we as structural shapes fabaltakid best ring shape because of its great benefit Jeddah, where I'm very close to all staff, whether the Director or officer because that way would enable me to find out problems quickly and resolved quickly and also the most difficult form of management is hierarchical because an employee who has a problem takes time to be able to reach the top of the pyramid unfortunately that responds very well our administrations in the Arab follow this organization chart any hierarchy
