Human resource management….considering your workforce as business partners, value them, appreciate their work, take care of their needs, & make them realize that they are family….

To my own opinion their is no difference between personnel and human resources management. Managing personnel and human are the same.It was formally called personnel management but recently called Human resources. It is simply a mordern name for personnel management..

Human resource management is to look after hiring and the problems related to employees and personnel management is related to all departments own management system.
