I used Radar charts for depicting performance of an organization in multiple areas. This is used for having a visual representation of how the organization is doing in different categories in one graph. It shows strengths and weeknesses of an organizations clearly so that improvement areas can be identified. Evaluation in each categories to be done objectively and then plotted on the Radar charts.

A general approach to solve inverse problems in polarimetric radar remote sensing is considered. Starting from the general statement of ill-posed problems in the mathematical sense the special case of inverse scattering problems in polarimetric radar is formulated. Regularization methods to handle inverse problems are described and an illustration leading to an inverse classification problem for determination of the soil humidity using radar measurements is given.
