For me the motivation factor is money in my country situation Most employees leaves jobs because of low motivation and lack of career progression in the company . when you are a good working and you gave a good result in posation . This will determine the level of employes discretionary effort that they will put into the job. It can be very disheartening sometimes if you are not motivated in your employment. This brings about low productivity.
Only Myself , as i MUST always try to keep my spirirt up to be always on line and not out of the race .
Challenge & new things to learn. I prefer to do something new in order to gain more experience as well as having the satisfactory of being able to do the job perfectly.
While no doubt important, money has NEVER been the driving factor for me in my professional career. Being happy and deriving immense personal and professional satisfaction from being a writer has always been THE most important thing to me. As a U.S.-based writer, I have traveled all across America and beyond its borders while meeting some incredibly interesting people and doing things such as visiting the White House that I never dreamed possible as a child.
I have way too many friends who work as high-priced attorneys and the like, yet hate getting up and heading to work each morning. They feel trapped in their lives, forced only out of sheer necessity to do something they don't enjoy every day.
I've always felt that you'll never really work a day in your life if you're doing something you love.

On response of above Query seems like ambiguty , each individual has some unique Traits and attitude/ Perception on motivational factors . some people can be motivated through financial incentives if they are asked to complete assigned target/Job. as normal point of View on my concern, I would be motivated in if there will be future prospect of career which could fulfill financial needs and self actulazation.
A healthy work culture and an encouraging work environment which helps bring out the best of you and encourages the potential out of you.
