What is the best reply in an interview for: 1 Why you quit your last job 2 why you intend to leave us if we hired you

I would start by stating that I have enjoyed the time I have spent in that company, I have learned alot but I believe it is time for me to join a different organisation where I can practice what I learned and add value.

The best reply in both cases are : I have received a better offer with more career prospects 

Your answer would be like I have been thinking for a while that I’d like to work for a bigger company with more opportunities for growth. This position seems like a great fit because of my successful background and my experience running a team.

For good post , package and work environment." I think this is the answer for both the questions.

challanging job, good salary and bensfits , good atmosphere , job security as well

I am seeking a win-win proposition. If and when this is not satisfied, it is better for both parties to move on to other opportunities.

Everyone try to improve his life, and if the environement is encouraging like the new opportunity I will never think to leave.

The answer for both the cases will be to get involved in new challenges and to exploit my knowledge.

I will leave my work because no more challenges.

I will leave you if I fill I am not useful any more

As long as you base it on career growth and prospects it's a safe answer. It's a big mistake to justify leaving one job for another on the bases of a bad relation.

 The below were my answers in the interview.

1- As I succeeded in Administration analysis, I became increasingly interested in broader issues of managing money. I wanted to understand how legal regulations and individuals' goals affect decisions about how to manage money. When I gained entrance to my top choice in Management school, I seized the opportunity to infuse my Management training with Administration knowledge.

2- Constant challenge and recognition of the need to be creative. Also engagement with Customers and clients and managing staff will give me the job satisfaction that I am looking for.
