أنشئ حسابًا أو سجّل الدخول للانضمام إلى مجتمعك المهني.
The person who does it should loose his job. All companies now a days are equal oppertunity companies and this is the HR rule. There should be zero tolerance and there is no grey area. it is all in black and white.
This is a bad ethics for the employee who does this and the work place isn't his place as he didn't respect his colleagues or his company.
The best is to have a good ethics at your job and you should be loyal for your job and company which is the main source for your livelihood.
Before all of these you should belief that there is a great god "الله" watching your doings so you must be loyal to your god "الله" before your job and your company
