Coming from a sales background the most important body language that we have to understand is whether the prospect is receptive to the sales pitch. The moment the prospect folds his hands we know the customer is creating a wall around himself. One has to stop the pitching immediately and speak about any thing else to create rapport building.

For example, to smile whenever there is a difficult task or to reach an agreement without insisting in your opinion during conversation, at the end is to show a self-esteem trust and be sure of yourself.
