Thanks for the query..
Could you please make it clear? Is our query related to certifying a company or about what it takes to maintain a system as per QMS standards?

You can do this with many measurements you can apply, like : saving documents as records and references , Audits perfectly trained, Illustration charts for Ops and Mang.
, Doing Randomly check for products or services , and before all of these point you need to set up Quality rules and a plan you want to achieve it to your system

One must have a grasp on the type of system you want. Some say a TQM system is too difficult, and a Six Sigma based system is all you need. I would disagree with that, but I've heard the argument. Some  say use an ISO9000 based system, and others might argue that TPS is all you need. I could not argue against that, although ISO reaches more into quality ve the efficiency efforts of TPS.

Once you decide (I suggest an ISO based system is easiest, being a world wide accepted standard), you need to familiarize yourself with the expectations, gain appropriate commitments through effective communication, and conduct your gap analysis. Structure your teams and committees as a result, and begin documentation efforts. By the way, you can enhance your QMS later by applying the other options (Lean/Six Sigma, TPS, TQM, etc.)

Clearly, Communication, Commitment and Change Management are the starting keys to implementing a QMS. Understand what you want to pursue, understand the gaps, understand the commitment required, and act. I recommend using Shewhart's PDCA model. Lay out your timeline as part of the planning (based on all this understanding), do execute through approrpiate teams/committees, check (reviews, audits, briefings) and act (follow-up and follow-through)

First: you have you define or find the system itself.
Quality system means that you can provide your product or services with compiling your customer’s needs.
You can make sure that by: Operations are carried out in accordance with the written and approved QMS An adequate quality system is established and maintained All personnel are trained properly Training records are updated and maintained.
You need to do it right first time.

In my opinion, implementation of total quality management will greatly help the company in the following aspects: 1. Reduction of defects because TQM promotes quality awareness and participation of all members of the organization, not just the QA or QC department. It means quality at the source. 2. Total quality management system leads to ease of problem solving. Through measurements such as SPC and other techniques such as failure analysis, defects and failures (even potential failures) can be identified and addressed. 3. TQM also leads to continuous improvement of processes and products. TQM system should also improve the efficiency of people and machine. 4. TQM leads to quality products which leads to customer satisfaction. 5. And finally, by reducing defects and improving machine and personnel efficiency, TQM should lead to cost savings and profitability improvement (bottomline). Hope this helps.

Based on teh question, the QMS system is developed already. Now it is time to implement:

1. train your staff

2. work on the outreach of your quality policy (from top management to the operational)

3. keep documents for each thing

4. put key flow charts of important processes with instructions in the place where need to be used

5. Use PDCA cycle to continously understands pit falls and give corrective actions

6. understand your customers needs and always try to balance your actions with their wishes

7. conduct satisfaction surveys on customers and bring corrective action

8. revise your quality plan at least each six months internally, if possible, if needed.
